EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located in the Netherlands and other EU countries have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@vitaalio.com.

After notifying us, the product must be returned. Customers may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be possible in a physical store.

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any loss in value.

Refunds under the right of withdrawal will be processed once we have received the returned item or valid proof of return shipment.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are exempt under EU law, such as sealed personal care or hygiene products once the seal has been broken after delivery.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without prior return request approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once you have sent your return, please e-mail us your proof of return, without it, we cannot process your refund.

Important Notes

- You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. We do not issue refunds for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty, jewelry products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned item or valid proof of return shipment.
